This is my all time favorite dessert!!! Rich creamy, quick and easy to make. It is full of wonderful whole food ingredients.
Dreamy Chocolate Ice Cream Ingredients: 3 large bananas (sliced and frozen at least 4 hours) ¾ cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup nondairy milk (we use unsweetened vanilla almond milk) 4 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder Directions: Place all ingredients in a high speed blender like the Vitamix or a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. This will be soft serve consistency. The addition of blueberries makes for a richer chocolate taste as well as a lot of extra antioxidant benefits from the blueberries. “I can’t say enough about Plant-Healthy Gals; Debby and Denise have become my heroes/friends.
